White Castle Tech Execs Share Vision for CX at Restaurant Next

White Castle has been generating a lot of media buzz recently for its tech initiatives, and for good reason. The technology innovator is piloting robotics: Flippy ROAR will man the fry station; and is tapping into the power of AI and machine learning to fuel vehicle recognition, voice ordering, and much more.

Susan Carroll-Boser, VP of IT, and Michael Guinan, VP of Ops, will take to Restaurant Next’s virtual stage to share the QSR’s vision for its drive-thru of the future  (It’s way closer than you think!)  and the plan behind the brand’s long-awaited loyalty program. 

“We've had an app for online ordering since 2011 and an app since 2012 and it (the loyalty app) is the biggest leap we've taken technologically in the app since that time,” says Carroll-Boser, who is HT’s Top Women in Restaurant Technology Lifetime Achievement award winner.
