Ubercool Offers Customer Engagement Roadmap at 2010 Restaurant Executive Summit

Join Michael Tchong, founder and trend analyst, Ubercool Inc., for a tour of the consumer and business landscape, as he outlines several "Ubertrends" that restaurant executives must know to fully engage guests at the 2010 Restaurant Executive Summit, this September 29 — October 1 at The Grand Del Mar Resort in San Diego, Calif.

In his keynote session, "Ubertrends: Socially Engaging the New Era Guest," Tchong will cover not only the major consumer trends that are shaping the restaurant industry, but also arm operators with insight into the technology choices that will assist them in reaching their goals.

Tchong developed his ability to ride emerging waves early at ad agency icons DDB and Chiat/Day, and then used those talents to help pioneer such emerging trends as desktop publishing, personal communication, Internet research and online marketing. Ubercool, founded in 2005, is a next-generation, Internet marketing service that develops and produces branded entertainment events that immerse premium audiences in innovative online and offline infotainment. In addition to Ubercool Inc., Tchong is also the founder of five media and technology start-ups, including MacWEEK, CyberAtlas and ICONOCAST.
