Hotels can Now Create Customized Mobile Concierge App with Intelity
Intelity, creator of the world’s first fully-interactive guest services interface, is launching ICE Instant. Using the platform, hotels will be able to name thier own price for the creation of a customized Intelity ICE application, for use on guests' mobile devices.
Iceinstant.com takes hoteliers through a four-step process: sign up, select, submit and serve, allowing them to sign up; select the information, services and images that are best suited to their individual property; submit the data and name their price; and ultimately serve their guests with control, content and convenience.
Once these steps are completed for ICE Instant, Intelity submits the application to the Apple App Store and/or the Android Market, where the app will ultimately be available for customers to download onto their mobile devices. Upon completion of the ICE Instant process, hoteliers will have created their own version of Intelity’s virtual concierge platform, that will allow their guest to coordinate services such as wake-up calls, transportation requests, turn down services in addition to accessing destination information. By downloading the app, guests will have the ability to coordinate these hotel services and more from their personal smartphone or tablet.
Providing a guest services solution through a platform they are accustomed to using is quickly becoming the standard. The introduction of ICE to the hospitality industry changed the way in which many hotels and resorts operate. Intelity reports that 85-percent of guests staying at hotels with the software use ICE an average of 11 times during their stays.
To date, Intelity has launched 31 hotel apps in the Apple store, and hoteliers using ICE Instant will find their apps amongst them as well as the Android Market (10 hotel apps) and BlackBerry App World should they select all three devices.
