TravelClick Intros Software to Manage RevPar

TravelClick has announced the launch of its Rate360 hotel rate shopping product. Rate360 integrates ten billion hotel rates from more than 400 sources onto one platform enabling hoteliers to manage their property’s pricing strategy and ensure rate parity across multiple channels.
Rate360 provides up-to-date future rate data along with a historical set of rate data on the business intelligence platform – Hotelligence360. The Hotelligence360 platform delivers an array of business intelligence products through a single, intuitive user interface.
The cloud-based software allows hotels to utilize data in the way that suits them best: by either managing only critical items or by drilling down for more in-depth data with guided analytics and flexible filtering. Additionally, Rate360 can be integrated into a hotel’s revenue management system, enabling hoteliers to make revenue optimization decisions with the best data.
Rate360 allows hoteliers to obtain the right information at the right time to inform key rate decisions through an array of reports including:
30-Day Rate by Arrival reports to compare daily pricing against competitors
Length-of-Stay Pricing reports to determine whether to change rates based on length of stay
Year-Over-Year Pricing reports to compare both the hotel’s and the competitors’ pricing strategies based on data from the same time the year prior
Rates and Inclusions reports to monitor competitors’ specials
Additionally, users can create custom reports to meet specific needs
