Advantage Reserve Executes Call Center Agreement with TRAVELCLICK
Advantage Reserve, LLC, a provider of high-quality voice reservation services exclusive to the hospitality industry, announced that it has executed a formal agreement with TRAVELCLICK, a provider of ecommerce and business intelligence solutions, making it a preferred provider for the global firm that serves more than 15,000 hoteliers worldwide.
As economic conditions continue to impact the hospitality industry, hotel operators are reevaluating each distribution channel in hopes of maximizing revenues. On average, voice reservations contribute 25 percent of a property's total room sales. Adding a high-touch, cost-effective and risk-free voice reservation provider ensures hoteliers are not only capturing revenue-potential calls, but also adding an additional layer of customer support in the process.
Hotels utilizing TRAVELCLICK's iHotelier Central Reservations System (CRS), specifically designed for independent hotels, resorts and management companies, have the option to add Advantage Reserve to their distribution mix. Advantage Reserve Reservation Specialists are fully trained on TRAVELCLICK's iHotelier call center application and can seamlessly access a hotel's existing rates, inventory, availability and restrictions.
Advantage Reserve is only compensated when the call is converted and the guestroom is consumed. Advantage Reserve does not charge any implementation, setup or per-minute fees. Hotels are only charged for actualized reservations and never charged for cancellations, no-show or non-reservation calls that find their way to the call center. Hotel partners benefit from experienced hotel industry professionals while avoiding the additional expenses associated with salaried or hourly employees.
