Sonesta Resorts St. Maarten Expands Use of Agilysys Solutions to Enhance Efficiency and Service

The resorts are long-time users of the Agilysys Visual One property management system.
The properties, which are popular destinations for weddings, corporate meetings and vacationing families, friends and couples, cater to a wide clientele and offer a variety of amenities. Guests can experience Sonesta Great Bay’s sweeping views and many dining options, Sonesta Ocean Point’s rooftop bars and swim-out suites, and Sonesta Maho Beach Resort’s kid-friendly activities. The management team wanted a comprehensive inventory and procurement system that would streamline ordering and inventory management, reduce costs and improve productivity.
