Intelity, an interactive hospitality technology company, announces a partnership with Crestron, a manufacturer for advanced control and automation systems. The combination of Intelity's Interactive Customer Experience (ICE) and Crestron's central monitoring and management system presents hoteliers around the globe with the most advanced hospitality solutions, allowing them to find revenue and decrease expenditures while maintaining excellent guest satisfaction.

Intelity's ICE is a revolutionary in-room solution with a back-end monitoring system that organizes, tracks, and measures all hotel activity at a touch of a button. ICE puts the travel experience in the hands of the guests by allowing them to schedule tee-times, order room service, and request their car from valet, as well as many additional features. The ICE system includes 19 to 22-inch touchscreen computers in every guest room and is property installed within weeks. The most significant feature of ICE is the back-end monitoring solution known as ICE Control System (ICS). Hoteliers can reduce or completely eliminate unneeded hotel expensing while tracking activity within the property through the detailed charts, graphs and spreadsheets that ICS provides.
