Meetingmax Signs Agreements with Four CVBs
Meetingmax, provider of a flexible and cost-effective online housing reservation system, today announced the signing of agreements with four convention and visitors bureaus (CVBs): Tempe, AZ, Bakersfield, CA, Tri-Cities, WA, and Yakima, WA. These four communities will be added to Meetingmax's growing roster of CVBs, meeting planners and organizations.
While Tri-Cities, Yakima, and Bakersfield had been shopping for a comprehensive housing system, Tempe was introduced to Meetingmax by organizers of the Ironman competitions. Based on their experience using Meeetingmax's system to book guests into hotels for last September's race in Madison, WI, they suggested that Tempe adopt the program prior to November's event. Tempe's CVB quickly saw the power of the system.
"Forward thinking bureaus and organizations should have the tools in place to make the entire reservation and housing process easier to track and simplified for all parties," says Stephanie Nowack, CEO, Tempe Arizona Convention & Visitors Bureau. "Meetingmax is the best solution we've found to do this. Their systems have proven to be both easy to use and extremely well thought out."
One of Meetingmax's key benefits is its simple, user-friendly interface. Delegates can quickly search for a participating hotel, explore its features and book a room. Hotels can efficiently search, process, summarize, and report on all rooms and reservations for each delegate group. CVBs use the Master Control Panel to easily create an event, assign hotels, set rates and manage inventory.
