LodgeNet Releases Conference Manager Networking Services

LodgeNet Interactive Corporation, a provider of media and connectivity solutions to the hospitality industry, today announced the release of the LodgeNet Conference Manager, which offers hoteliers unprecedented control over their conference Internet services as well as the potential to greatly increase their share of the revenues from those services.

The LodgeNet Conference Manager gives facilities substantially greater control over the network resources for their meeting rooms and stand-alone convention center facilities.  Using a simple Web based interface, non-technical staff members can schedule conferences, dedicate and manage port-level bandwidth for specific groups, personalize network naming conventions, create custom passwords, assign public or private IP addresses and much more.

The LodgeNet Conference Manager is offered under a monthly support fee model based on the facility's square footage. It includes hotel staff training and is backed by LodgeNet's industry leading service and support organization. In addition, LodgeNet's skilled and professional Conference Services division is available to provide pre-conference consultation and on-site support services when needed.
