Epsilon Debuts Enterprise Loyalty Platform for QSR and Fast Casual Restaurants

Epsilon announced a new Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) loyalty solution to help quick serve and fast casual restaurants (QSRs) connect and drive deeper relationships with digital-savvy consumers. Epsilon’s enterprise loyalty platform, Agility Loyalty, is now available as a secure, scalable, cloud-based solution to serve QSR brands and their franchisees. The offering includes rich insights into consumer behavior and supports personalized multichannel communications, a variety of reward schemes and targeted digital media campaigns to help QSR brands acquire new customers, increase customer engagement, drive repeat visits and engender loyalty.
