Envysion Launches Tailored MVaaS Support Levels

Envysion, Inc., a Managed Video as a Service (MVaaS) provider, has launched Support Levels, a new set of services that allow clients to select the level of IT support suited to their business needs. Envysion will offer three distinct levels of technical support for its award winning MVaaS platform.

In the event that a camera or EnVR is disconnected, broken, tampered with or goes offline for any other reason, Support Levels give users the ability to choose the level of technical support and recovery time that meet their operational needs. The three tiers of support offer progressively more proactive technical support.

  • Envysion Notifies: In the event that a camera or EnVR is disconnected from the Envysion network, Envysion will notify the user of the problem.
  • Envysion Responds: In addition to notifying customers of existing issues, Envysion's Network Operations Center team automatically starts working to correct the problem, providing customers with faster recovery of key video systems.
  • Envysion Maintains: On top of automatic troubleshooting, Envysion guarantees our fastest response time, expedites replacement parts and covers certain on-site labor expenses to re-establish essential video with minimum downtime.
