Advanced Data Systems Recommends TransNet for Restaurants

Advanced Data Systems (ADS), a POS solution provider based in Illinois, has selected Precidia Technologies Inc.'s TransNet as an integrated payment solution for its restaurant customers using POS Systems. By integrating the TransNet payment engine with POS Systems, ADS and their customers achieve all the benefits of a full featured payment application, with value-added management and monitoring tools that are not available with other solutions.

The TransNet payment engine application, housed on Precidia's secure POSLynx220 payment router, integrates seamlessly with POS applications and is pre-certified with most credit, debit, gift and loyalty card processors. The complete solution is PCI PA-DSS validated, and features SSL encryption for additional peace of mind. TransNet can also be integrated with ECRs, IP terminals and other POS equipment and applications.

In addition to processing fully integrated card transactions, the TransNet/POSLynx220 solution also features a Web-based management suite. This suite includes the NetVu management server, designed to facilitate 24/7 support of the merchant, and MerchantVu, which is a store-level portal for settlement, suspicious transaction alerts and data analysis. Several features are designed specifically for the needs of restaurants, including detailed server reports which include transaction amounts and tips.

Venice Italian Steakhouse uses TransNet with their POS system.
