Restaurant operators wanting to learn how to integrate the latest solutions into their existing tech stacks will not want to miss Mapping Hot Tech in QSR & Fast Casual at MURTEC (Multi-Unit Restaurant Technology Conference).

MURTEC, now in its 25th year, is March 9-11 at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Casino, and the agenda is loaded with dozens of educational sessions. This Interactive Roundtable is on Monday, March 9 at 1:15 pm and will be facilitated by John Gigliotti, Vice President of IT, Garden Fresh Restaurants.

This operator-only workshop will feature moderated group discussions. Participants will dive into a variety of hot topics including: delivery, drive-thru tech, self-service, automation, kiosks and mobile POS, beacons, EMV and P2PE, Internet of Things (IoT), guest Wi-Fi and more. This workshop will be interactive and casual, and is the ideal format for restaurant executives to learn from and share with peers.

According to Hospitality Technology’s 2019 Restaurant Technology Study, operators are doubling down on guest-facing software, with 61% increasing budgets for software to help improve customer relationships, loyalty and digital and mobile strategy. About two out of five respondents (44%) planned to increase front-of-house software in 2019, and 26% planned to add kiosks.
