With over 70,000 square feet of event space and located in the Toronto waterfront and business hub, The Westin Harbour Castle is host to high business traveler traffic. Before adopting ElevenBC for their business center, The Westin Harbour Castle manually charged guests for computer use and printing; the lack of automation led to lost revenue and inefficiencies. In 2011 The Westin Harbour Castle team knew they needed to move to a fully automated guest computing solution; they chose Eleven because of the Mac solution and the integrated bill-to-room capability.
 
As The Westin Harbour Castle undergoes renovation their partnership with Eleven will continue to grow. The renovation will include moving the guest computers to the lobby, creating a tech haven where guests can access email while renewing with food or a glass of wine.
