Sycuan Casino, OfferCraft Double Online Foot Traffic With One Game

Sycuan Casino in San Diego, CA, said it partnered with OfferCraft, an SaaS company that blends software and science to make incentives more fun and more effective. Sycuan’s first email campaign invited guests to play an interactive game with FREEplay prizes worth up to $500 dollars. The game was played by 42.3% percent of the guests with a redemption rate of more than 50%. Guests were delighted by the new gaming experience while generating revenue multiple times the promotional spend.

Sycuan also offered a baseball-themed game to recruit new Club Sycuan members at its booth at the 87th Major League Baseball All-Star Game held on July 12 at Petco Park in San Diego. Hundreds of excited fans joined the Player’s Club to sign up and collect their rewards.

Other campaigns that Sycuan plans to introduce in coming months include both games of skill and games of chance to introduce the Sycuan experience to a broader audience, as well as a social media campaign to reward existing fans.
