Sequoia Café Expands Ordering Options with Online Solution
When the Beijing, China-based Sequoia Café wanted to add online ordering to its menu, management turned to BigHoller. According to owner Frank Siegel, "BigHoller provided all of the necessary ingredients to service our needs. Proprietors, Frank and wife Jennifer opened their first location in 2004 because they saw a need for quality coffee, sandwiches and pastries at a reasonable price. According to Frank, "People in China crave great tasting American style food and drink. We offer top of the line coffee along with an extensive sandwich, salad and dessert menu. Our bread, muffins and baked goods are made on a daily basis straight from our own ovens. This has resulted in tremendous growth and so the next logical step for us was to offer online ordering. Our customers were demanding it as well."
