Red Wing Software Releases Advanced Payroll Tools
Red Wing Software, Inc. announces the release of advanced payroll modules for use with CenterPoint Payroll Software. The Advanced Earnings Matrix module enables employers to easily enter pay data and track it appropriately in multiple ways, such as by department, location, profit center, and more. Other new modules include an Employee Training/Certification Tracking module and a Check Stub Designer module. Each module is available for purchase individually as an additional option for CenterPoint Payroll.
The Advanced Earnings Matrix simplifies the time entry process by allowing employers to define the employee's pay rate specific to the department and job (or other criteria), entering only those jobs that apply to a specific employee. For the time entry process, a spreadsheet style form is used. Each employee's pay options are listed, allowing the payroll clerk fast entry of hours to each pay definition. All earnings are calculated accordingly when hours are entered.
The new Employee Training/Certification Tracking module allows employers to track employee training and certification dates and associated expiration dates along with related comments.
The new Custom Check Stub Designer module allows employers to customize how they would like their check stub information displayed.
