netTALK Maritime announces its partnership with Oracle Hospitality to interoperate with their system via API's, and provide a seamless communication experience for the passengers and crew of cruise lines.

netTALK Maritime is a full service communications provider for maritime deployments on Cruise lines, with over 1 million customers worldwide. Their streamlined maritime system, which enables passengers to communicate directly with one another and cruise ship staff to send alerts, is currently live on mass-market cruise liners around the world.

Oracle Hospitality provides mobile, on-demand, and cloud-based services to some of the biggest players in the hospitality industry. It is regarded as one of the industry leaders for cruise ship hospitality, utilizing open APIs to accelerate innovation in cruise technology.

The partnership will allow for netTALK Maritime’s ship-based communication system and location intelligence systems to combine with Oracle Hospitality’s passenger management system to assist cruise companies in delivering great experiences for their customers. Oracle Hospitality focuses on integrating comprehensive platform architecture for cruise ships, and netTALK Marine’s onboard communication system, which enables passengers to stay connected for the cruise, fits into this model.

Oracle Hospitality solutions are already used by 9 out of the top 10 cruise lines, so adding netTALK Maritime’s communication specialties to create the partnership will further improve the reputation of both organizations.
