Marriott Hotels UK Launches Spa Booking Website
Marriott Hotels in the UK added Concept Spa and Leisure to its newly launched website. The software, from Concept Software Systems, will facilitate the delivery of enhanced service and convenience to Marriott’s spa clientele at properties throughout the United Kingdom.
The new website, developed by Redberry, uses the Concept API to connect directly to the Concept Spa and Leisure booking system giving real-time availability to clients.
Concept Spa and Leisure, now utilized by companies in more than 65 countries, allows clients to search for appointment availability in real time and book treatments and packages online. The API can be integrated into a mobile application, allowing customers to access the platform from their tablet or smartphone.
Equally beneficial to spa staff, the software is a fully integrated point of sales system designed to push sales. Key features and benefits include a full stock control system for retail and treatment recipes, fast track sales, the ability to accept multiple currencies and a fully integrated gift voucher system.
