Marcus Hotels & Resorts Selects ReviewAnalyst to Monitor Social Media Content

Marcus Hotels & Resorts partners with the Dallas-based Standing Dog Interactive to manage social media content through Standing Dog's ReviewAnalyst application.

ReviewAnalyst collects hotel reviews, blog entries, videos and photos from the top travel and social media websites and presents them in a simple, intuitive interface, making management and reporting easy. Additionally, ReviewAnalyst is a valuable research tool that offers rating and ranking comparisons with a hotel's top competitors.

Perhaps the most important recent addition to ReviewAnalyst is Keyword Alerts. When an online guest review includes words or phrases like "room service" or "renovations" the tool sends an alert to the client. The keywords and phrases can be customized by each hotel based on what they want to be made aware of right away. Another great new feature is the ability to work outside of the dashboard and export data for review offline.
