LodgeNet Interactive Corporation and Control4, an IP-based control systems provider, announce the ultimate personalized guest experience in the hotel room. Through a single advanced remote control, guests will have the ability to access and control the television, video on demand, music, smart lighting, window treatments, temperature, concierge, security and more.
LodgeNet and Control4 have jointly developed an integrated HD and IP-based solution. The backwards compatible solution works with LodgeNet's HD Advanced offering so both new and existing hotel properties can install and take advantage of the automation solutions offered by Control4. Additionally, hoteliers can now save money through advanced energy management and reduce construction and upgrade costs by eliminating nearly all low voltage wiring, while significantly enhancing the guest experience.
