HARMAN Recognized as Market Leader in IoT Services

HARMAN International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., has been recognized in the “Winners Circle” in HfS Research’s 2018 Blueprint Grid report for IoT Services.

HfS Research is a global technology research and advisory services firm.

The latest report recognized HARMAN’s extensive expertise and flexible solutions and services – ranging from product development to rapid market deployments – that solidify its role as a commanding player in the realm of IoT and digital transformation for healthcare, retail and connected cars industries.

HfS Research released its grid to honor the execution and innovation of solution providers and their various IoT projects. HARMAN’s latest innovation in designing and developing the industry’s first “ship-based” digital assistant, a conversational, voice-enabled Artificial Intelligence (AI) innovation that can communicate, learn and intelligently predict guests’ needs in order to make relevant suggestions.
