Best Western Premier Resort Enables Mobile Check-in and Out
Best Western Premier Eden Resort has partnered with StayNTouch Inc. to implement the company’s cloud PMS Mobile Overlay Platform. The resort is a Best Western Premier resort boosting 301 contemporary appointed guest rooms and suites nestled in the heart of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
With today’s traveler looking for a more personal, convenient guest experience, The Eden Resort is a step ahead of the curve by providing its guests with the ability to check in and out via their mobile devices (mobile phone or tablet). These options allow the hotel’s guests to experience an expedited arrival process. Guests who choose to take advantage of the service can review reservation details prior to arrival, see available room upgrades and complete their check-in through the PMS-integrated experience.
Checkouts are similarly expedited. A notification is pushed out to departing guests, allowing them to review bills, request folios via email and request late checkouts. Designed as a plug-in to the hotel’s existing PMS, a major differentiator of the StayNTouch Platform is that it is both white-labeled and directly integrated with the PMS, allowing guest actions to be reflected in the PMS in real-time.
In addition, The Eden Resort added the housekeeping team to the StayNTouch program. Housekeepers now have mobile access to update and check the status of each room, allowing for improved communication across the departments in real time, further expediting the guest check-in process.

StayNTouch - Rover Housekeeping™: Via any mobile device (Smartphone, iTouch, tablet, etc.), housekeeping has touch-optimized user interface for full access to rooms-to-clean lists, room status, guest information and the ability to update room status after servicing.
