Bd's Mongolian Grill Develops Loyalty App with Punchh

Bd’s Mongolian Grill is rolling out a new mobile loyalty app for the brand’s cult-like following of fans to connect directly on their mobile devices. The QSR brand is partnering with mobil CRM platform Punchh to increase mobile consumer engagement through its cloud-based POS-integrated platform.
 
The new app “will drive both in-restaurant and online engagement for our brand,” said Joe Phraner, president and COO of bd’s Mongolian Grill. “Our loyal guests are going to love being rewarded for dining with us, plus we’ll be able to reach new bd’s Mongolian guests through this innovative technology.”
 
The loyalty platform will give bd’s Mongolian Grill guests the opportunity to earn and redeem rewards, including an all-expense paid trip to Mongolia. Aside from making purchases to collect points, guests can also use the app to order online, send real-time feedback to operators and receive promotional deals from bd’s Mongolian Grill.
 
The app additionally gives customers the chance to post reviews and share them with their social media network through Punchh’s social media integration capabilities, thus driving referral business to the company. With Punchh’s full platform, the app will not only provide great features for bd’s Mongolian Grill fans, but also deliver key insights on who the bd’s Mongolian Grill customer is, so the brand can further personalize marketing campaigns and strategically tailor offers and rewards.
