The Westin Harbour Castle recently embraced the new Westin Haven initiative and moved their ElevenGC computer solution into the lobby. The Westin Haven is a public space concept inspired by nature that allows travelers to “stay balanced, refreshed and connected on the road.”
In partnership with Eleven, Westin’s preferred provider of its Haven solution, the Westin Harbour Castle moved their iMac guest computers into the lobby, creating a tech oasis where guests can access email while reviving with coffee, food, or a glass of wine brought to them by helpful wait staff.
Eleven’s ability to provide limited complimentary access for guests along with both credit card and bill-to-room payment options was a key factor in the hotel’s careful selection of a guest computer provider.
