Vertical Booking Rolls Out Two New Communication Initiatives

Vertical Booking, a provider of global reservation technology, announced rapid growth in 2016 with the addition of more than 1400 hotels utilizing their revenue generating solutions. This includes more than 600 hotels in Asia, 200 in the United States and another 600 spread across the globe.
 
The company also announced that it rolled out two services during the first quarter of 2017 to improve communication with customers and prospects. The first initiative is an email service to provide its clients with regular targeted updates. It will proactively support its customers and assist them in being more successful at reaching their revenue objectives. For example, it recently notified its customers whose inventory or pricing wasn't up to date and provided short tutorial videos and guides to help them make the necessary changes. Conversely, those clients whose inventory is current, did not receive the message.
 
The second initiative is the implementation of a real-time chat feature integrated with the www.verticalbookingusa.com website. This feature enables a site visitor to reach a representative quickly to get the answers they need promptly and efficiently. Additionally, the service allows the visitor to enter their email address to continue the conversation off line if necessary.
