Tropicana Las Vegas Program Rewards Guests for Direct Bookings

Tropicana Las Vegas recently announced the launch of its new website along with a new value-added program for guests who book directly through TropLV.com called Breeze.

The latest phase of the website enhances the online user experience through clean design elements, easy-to-use booking engines, social media integration and compatibility with emerging technologies.

An additional feature of the site is Tropicana's all-new Breeze program. By booking directly through TropLV.com, Breeze turns guests into VIPs before they set foot on the newly transformed Las Vegas Strip property. Guests booking directly through TropLV.com will enjoy the following benefits:

  • Priority VIP check-in upon arrival
  • Late check-out at 12pm
  • Complimentary assistance when booking dining and shows
  • Only a one-night deposit to hold the reservation
  • A 48-hour cancellation policy
  • No reservation change fees

"Tropicana Las Vegas makes booking rooms a breeze with our easy-to-use website, TropLV.com," says director of marketing and innovation Brandie Feuer. "New trends and technologies have created exciting ways to engage our guests. When building the site, we took into consideration the growing needs of today's global traveler. TropLV.com's new architecture allows us to evolve and continually exceed guest expectations."

Key website upgrades
New to TropLV.com is a complete social media network integration that equips guests to share specific content within their Facebook, Twitter and other social communities for more exceptional, interactive trip planning. The site also features exclusive video content, a blog, and translation into five languages including French and Spanish.

The new website also offers one-stop shopping for guests to explore the resort's all-new, best-in-class rooms and suites, restaurants and entertainment. Extensive image galleries highlight part of Tropicana Las Vegas' $180 million Phase 1 transformation, entertainment events, dining options, tropical pool, and beach club called Nikki Beach. A dynamic calendar of events highlights upcoming entertainment offerings.

Built in partnership with the San Francisco-based creative team, Agency Orange, the site's new architecture represents a departure from Flash-based technologies and allows for increased visibility on a wide variety of mobile devices.
