Tropical Smoothie Cafe Sold

Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, has partnered with management to acquire Tropical Smoothie Cafe LLC.

Atlanta-based Tropical Smoothie Cafe will continue to be run by the existing executive team led by CEO Charles Watson. The franchisor has 870+ fast casual cafes in 44 states.
