Rainmaker to Provide Revenue Optimization Services to Native American Casino Hotels

The Rainmaker Group, a provider of automated profit optimization software and services for the hospitality industry, will provide its revenue optimization services to small and midsized casino hotel operators on Indian tribal lands. The new TribalRev services will level the revenue playing field for Native American operators that compete with larger companies. Rainmaker will launch its TribalRev revenue management service in Q4 2010.ÕÕ

TribalRev will be a reasonably priced hosted offering that provides clients with Rainmaker's hosted revolution profit optimization software and the services of a professional Rainmaker revenue management executive. The TribalRev service will provide the same revenue optimization benefits that Rainmaker delivers to the world's largest hotel casino companies including Wynn Las Vegas, Kerzner, MGM MIRAGE, Trump Entertainment Resorts, and Harrah's Entertainment.

As part of TribalRev, Rainmaker will work with hotels to create a revenue strategy based on their performance history and current data on the markets and segments they serve. The service will focus on creating a revenue management culture that will maximize revenue based on customer value -- the same strategies used by the largest casino hotels. The services will include use of Rainmaker's revolution Product Suite, which enables casinos to accurately forecast guest value to all areas of a casino enterprise, leverage cyclical patterns to optimize revenue and profitability, and maximize the value of demand during peak travel times.

TribalRev will include:

  • A weekly dashboard/executive summary with historical, short-term, and long-term outlooks
  • Competitive updates
  • Bi-weekly strategy calls with hotel GM/sales/casino staff
  • Distribution strategy with third party providers and other deliverables.
