Contactless Continues
“Across the US and at this location, P.F. Chang’s is still handing out one-touch beverage menus that feature a QR code that will take you to our full menu. If guests prefer a printed menu we do have one-touch menus available. The QR code menu is a custom-built menu that is user friendly and easy to navigate. We also have pay-at-the-table functionality where a guest can scan a QR code on their receipt and pay from their phone if they prefer. Another benefit is this helps reduce the wait time for the guest,” P.F. Chang’s, tells HT.

Chang's continues to expand its fast-casual concept, P.F. Chang's To Go, with eight more locations slated to join the 13 existing To Go locations this year.
