Technology solutions provider Percipia launched S.T.A.R., their Service Tracking And Response solution for the hospitality industry.
The S.T.A.R. solution allows hotels to streamline and manage all areas of the property from guest service requests, housekeeping, maintenance, concierge functions, onsite incidents and more.
