MSI Completes Purchase of REMco Software

Phoenix, Arizona based hospitality technology solutions leader, MSI (Multi-Systems, Inc.), is pleased to announce the purchase of REMco Software Incorporated. REMco Software is headquartered in Dickinson, North Dakota providing technology and services to over 3,000 hotels including Best Western, La Quinta, Value Place, Extended Stay Hotels, InTown Suites as well as 600 independent properties.

MSI's investment in REMco will increase the products, solutions and services available to both organizations' current and future customers.

The integration with REMco Software continues to reinforce MSI's mission of empowering the lodging industry. REMco's client base, company culture, and steadfast leadership synchronize well with that of MSI's customer and corporate philosophy.

The combined teams are committed to ensuring a seamless integration of MSI and REMco. For our customers that integration means our operations continue with the same telephone numbers, contacts and personnel in our Customer Support Services Centers. Customers will continue to receive software support and services as was in place prior to the purchase. MSI's and REMco's solutions and services will continue to be sold and supported.
