M&C will be adopting Revinate’s Online Reputation Management Solution at both the corporate and property levels, emphasizing the hotel group’s commitment to maximizing guest satisfaction, whilst driving new bookings and revenue.
M&C has recently upgraded many of its customer facing systems and processes, introducing new CRS technology, and enhancing its website branding and functionality. Revinate’s appointment signals a further step in the company’s rapid digital development, strengthening its capability to monitor, capture and most importantly act upon guest satisfaction data across the properties.
From the group perspective the Revinate platform provides visibility and comparison metrics for all of properties in aggregate or grouped by brand or region, whilst at the hotel level, operating staff will be able to engage directly with guests to provide that unique experience, based on a thorough understanding of all guest feedback.
