At Hotel Technology Forum, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and Valtech share how they created channels of clear communication, collaborative ideation, flexibility, empathy, and trust.

The Hotel Visionary Awards, celebrating its 18th anniversary this year, has traditionally honored hotel companies for outstanding achievement, vision and leadership in technological innovation. This year, the awards program added a Hotel-Vendor Partnership category to honor the hard work that goes into building exceptional working relationships between hoteliers and the supplier community.

This year, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group (MOHG) and Valtech were one of two relationships that won in the Hotel-Vendor Partnership category. Join us at Hotel Technology Forum as Marilyn Tabet, Director, Digital Experience, MOHG and Lori Esposito, VP, Head of Client Services, Valtech, take to the stage to discuss their winning partnership.

In part, they will discuss how their two teams created channels of clear communication, collaborative ideation, flexibility, empathy, and trust. They’ll discuss how they shared feedback, updates and concerns, how they created a clear escalation process, how they aligned on key business objectives, performance indicators, and benchmarks. They’ll even discuss how they used technology – such as Planning Poker in Miro – to workshop problems and brainstorm solutions. You won’t want to miss it!
