LRS Launches Table Tracker 3.0 Table Location System for Fast Casual
Long Range Systems (LRS) has announced the launch of Table Tracker 3.0, a table location system that identifies where guests are sitting so restaurants can deliver food faster and generates analytics on operations and service.
Table Tracker guides and tracks a guest’s order from purchase through delivery, a drastic process improvement from traditional fast casual delivery methods that involve shouting out numbers or scouring the dining area for the right table tent.
The system starts at the time of an order. The customer is handed a tracker that reads a tag at his or her chosen table. The location is broadcast to an order display for food runners to reference before delivering the food. Managers can then analyze Table Tracker reports to measure performance versus goals by hour or day of week, or across multiple locations.
Table Tracker 3.0 includes several enhancements over previous versions, including:
An iPad interface that can be downloaded directly from the Apple App store.
Enhanced reporting and data visualizations inspired by Google Analytics.
iPad and web reporting.
The ability to export data for further analysis and tracking.
The Table Tracker system comes with trackers that broadcast the location of the guest, a gateway that wirelessly connects the trackers to an iPad, the mobile app that displays the location of the guests, and under-the-table tags or an above-table tracker dock. Table Tracker also includes reporting and analytics software, an extended warranty and 24/7 customer support.
