Lighthouse CafÉ Selects CBS' NorthStar for POS
The Lighthouse Bayview CafÉ, a harbor view restaurant on Balboa Peninsula in Newport Beach, Calif., announced its conversion to Custom Business Solutions’ NorthStar Order Entry as its exclusive Point of Sale solution.
The harbor-front restaurant serves guests in its replica lighthouse dining room, an outdoor and upstairs patio, and through a walk-up window for beach visitors. Lighthouse Bayview CafÉ servers will use a combination of handheld tablets and traditional point-of-sale terminals to manage orders and payments while increasing kitchen efficiencies. NorthStar’s intuitive and easy-to-use workflow system made training and implementation quick and efficient for Lighthouse staff.
Custom Business Solutions (CBS) developed NorthStar Order Entry, an omnichannel, cloud-based POS system, to deliver better data visibility and improved restaurant management through a robust point-of-sale system. For Lighthouse Bayview CafÉ, the NorthStar point of sale system also provides integrations with Ctuit restaurant management software, HotSchedules and Paytronix gift card system.
