InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta Selects INTELITY’s Smart-Room Tablets
INTELITY®, provider of hospitality’s leading guest experience and staff management platform, announced a new partnership with InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta. The property plans to introduce the INTELITY platform with smart-room tablets to provide hotel guests with a more digital, upscale experience.
InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta brings a newly reimagined luxury lifestyle experience to the cosmopolitan Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta with spacious newly renovated guest rooms and suites, a transformed stunning and sophisticated lobby, and garden reminiscent of a classic manor home with Southern charm. The reimagined Gala Ballroom space, an exceptional InterContinental Club Lounge, and flagship restaurant, The Americano, helmed by celebrity chef Scott Conant, establish the InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta as the leading luxury destination.

The INTELITY smart-room tablet will automate guest services and enable contactless communication between guests and staff for the InterContinental Buckhead property. The resort tablets will offer guests access to services, amenities, dining, and more with a digital device they are accustomed to using, creating a digital replacement for expensive and difficult to clean print compendiums and collateral. The smart-room tablets will provide efficiency to manage digitized dining menus and service offerings in a seamless fashion.
