Hospitality Group Reduces Labor and Ups Guest Counts with CRS

Vantage Hospitality Group, Inc., which includes Americas Best Value Inn and Lexington Collection, has implemented a two-way integration of Multi-Systems, Inc. (MSI) NiteVision PMS to the SynXis Central Reservation System. After the rollout, the properties reported more room nights sold and a reduction of man hours across the board.

 

MSI’s NiteVision automatically allocates rooms and reservations flow directly into the system, making it easier and faster to check in guests. The two-way interface design and testing processes were followed by rigorous end-to-end testing by SynXis, which ultimately led to a successful property beta test and monitoring.
