Based on that focus, the Mystique management team captured a set of user requirements that are fulfilled by a mobile app, which offers innovative tools to enhance guest travel experience and manage customer interactions by providing value added local info and applying actionable alerts, workflows and personalized touch-points via their smartphones.
Working with m-Hospitality, an Athens-based software solutions company, the Mystique management team has delivered a mobile solution that is utilized by guests plus the Mystique staff and management team. The solution incorporates a mobile app (iPhone, Android and iPad) for guests, a backend mechanism for Mystique staff and an iPad app for Mystique management team. The app is available at Appstore and Android Marketplace.
