Fontainebleau Miami Beach Enhances Guest Services with Nuvola Concierge Software

The Fontainebleau Miami Beach said it will be one of the first luxury properties to deploy a new cloud-based concierge solution developed by Nuvola, a comprehensive hotel optimization software company.  The program will enhance guest services at the 1,504-room resort, allowing the concierge team to easily manage guest itineraries, reservations, room amenities, and other daily tasks in real-time.

Created by a former hotelier, Nuvola’s unique development process focuses on their first-person perspective to ensure the final product is smart, intuitive, easy to use and above all, saves both time and money. Its new concierge solution supercharges a hotel’s guest services department and in turn, increases both staff productivity and guest satisfaction.
