eRevMax Snags Lunar Logic Polska for Digital Development Growth

eRevMax International, owner of channel management technologies RateTiger and SimpleDistribution, has acquired Lunar Logic Polska, a web and digital development services company.

 

Lunar Logic Polska's expertise in web development and Internet applications will help eRevMax to expand RateTiger into offering development services to hotels and business partners. eRevMax will further deploy Lunar Logic Polska to offer customers tailored software solutions based on RateTiger technology platforms. The new digital development division of eRevMax will ensure partner technologies are integrated and continuously matured as markets develop.

 

Following the success with its iPhone Application, eRevMax is now developing tools that will support new technologies entering the booking space including Facebook and Twitter. The new digital team will provide hotels with the complete 360 degrees of bookings (OTA, GDS, PMS, digital marketing) as well as ensure tools remain innovative to better service customers.

 

Lunar Logic Polska, founded in 2004, has rapidly become Poland's first, largest and most experienced Ruby on Rails development team serving clients including web design agencies, web entrepreneurs, start-ups, multinational corporations and NGOs. Lunar Logic Polska has helped set best practice for development quality and client experience as part of the founding group for Krakow's first Agile Users Group and the Krakow Ruby Users Group. The company has designed tools including RubyTime, an open source simple time tracking system, and kanbanery, a project board tool for Scrum and Kanban teams as well as personal task management.

Lunar Logic Polska will become part of the eRevMax Group but will continue to operate as an independent entity. The terms of the transaction have not been made public and the existing Lunar Logic Polska team will remain in place.
