Del Taco has announced a partnership with PeopleMatter to provide the company with a fully automated, cloud-based Applicant Tracking and Onboarding (HIRE™) system as well as a Learning Management System (LEARN™). The new HIRE system will be available soon for its more than 300 company restaurants nationwide while the LEARN component will be made available to company stores and franchise partners.
