Capriotti's Sandwich Shop Works with Punchh to Launch Loyalty App

Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop launched a new loyalty app with the help of Mobil CRM platform Punchh to engage customers and deliver relevant offers and rewards based on individual preferences. CAPAddicts Rewards app allows loyal fans of the restaurant to earn points and get rewards for enjoying their favorite subs. As an added incentive to download the app, the company is offering $2 in CAPS Cash to use towards the next Capriotti’s meal.
“We wanted to give back to our most devoted fans and let them know just how much we appreciate them through our CAPAddicts Rewards app,” said Ashley Morris, CEO of Capriotti’s. “Punchh’s platform allows us to connect with our guests on a more personal level and provide key insights for us to create a more superior customer experience.”
Reward users earn points for every dollar spent at any Capriotti’s location, and once downloaded, guests can level up in their status from Level 1 in the Caprehensive tier, where guests will receive a Free 9” Sub of their choice after every 10th visit, to Level 5 in the Extraordinary tier, where they will receive a Free Small Party Tray on their birthday, limited edition Capriotti’s gifts and earn their Free 9” Subs twice after every 5th visit. Aside from surprise freebies and offers, CAPAddicts Rewards mobile users can also earn free subs just by referring their friends to the app on social media. For every 10 friends that sign up, guests can redeem a Free 9” Sub.
