Best Western Unifies Reservations and Revenue with Cloud Tech
Best Western International has implemented a unified environment for reservations and revenue management from Infor. Available to Best Western locations around the world, which includes more than 4,000 properties across more than 100 countries and territories, the new environment provides an interface between Infor Hospitality Management Solution (HMS) and Best Western’s Central Reservation System (CRS).
This connectivity delivers real-time visibility into critical hotel information including room rates and inventory, helping hoteliers to make better informed decisions and maximize revenue potential by focusing more on the guest experience rather than searching for data. Three properties in France have deployed Infor HMS in a cloud environment, including the Best Western Hotel Le Galice, Best Western Hotel Balmoral and Best Western Plus Karitza; other Best Western hotels across North America and Europe are set to begin implementation later in 2015.
