HT partnered with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to survey executives from restaurant and hotel brands and technology solution providers across the U.S. for a look at the current state of generative artificial intelligence. Insights include: attitudes toward generative, adoption strategies and timelines, potential benefits and outcomes, and top challenges and concerns.

For example, 94 percent of those interviewed expect hotel use of virtual tours to increase during the next five years, and 32 percent anticipate a dramatic increase in their use.
