Aptech Signs Agreements with Eight Companies to Implement Its Hotel Software Solutions
Aptech Computer Systems said it signed agreements with eight hotel companies with a total of 175+ properties in the past six months. Six companies integrated and centralized multi-brand data collection and analysis with Aptech’s Execuvue business intelligence hotel software. Other operators installed Profitvue enterprise back office and Targetvue budgeting and forecasting for faster response to market and business fluctuations. Aptech’s PVNG browser-based back office system is in use by several companies and will be released in the coming months.
“Pinnacle Hotel Management will implement Execuvue Business Intelligence for its 26 Hilton, Marriott and independent properties. Execuvue will deliver more robust performance reporting across our portfolio that many of our owners require for their business accounting,” said Felicia Matula, Pinnacle CFO.
Execuvue is Aptech’s IBM Cognos-based enterprise hospitality business intelligence application that enables faster goal achievement for large and small hotel companies. Targetvue is Aptech’s hospitality-driven budgeting and forecasting solution. Aptech joined forces with PROPHIX to develop a new budgeting and forecasting application fully-integrated with its Profitvue accounting and Execuvue business intelligence systems. Targetvue eliminates the need to correct and recombine multiple spreadsheets for consolidating and reporting. Profitvue is a widely used thin-client, Internet-enabled enterprise back office solution that easily handles single or multi-property and multi-company accounting. It incorporates accounts payable, general ledger, statistics and financials. All of Aptech’s hotel software solutions are available as an ASP service or on a licensed basis.
“We installed Profitvue to manage pre-opening accounting and use it now for all property financial processes," said Angielyn Cruz, director of finance for The William Vale. "The system is specifically designed for hospitality companies, and Aptech customized our chart of accounts for The William Vale’s unique operations.”
Aptech also interfaced The William Vale’s purchasing and property management systems with Profitvue hotel software to simplify accounting processes.
