Accor North America Installs TV Guide Service across 625 Locations
Accor North America, Motel 6 and Studio 6 is set to install E-Guide Services, Inc.'s E-GuideTV, a fully customizable television guide channel, as an added amenity to all Accor corporately owned Motel 6 and Studio 6 properties.
EGS is the provider of E-GuideTV, a real-time television guide channel designed specifically for the hospitality industry. E-GuideTV is customized to engage viewers and keep them in the know with up-to-date TV listings, local and national advertisements, entertaining content, local time and date.
Accor will provide the E-GuideTV service to the 625 corporately owned properties and their guests. Installations are already underway in the Dallas/Fort Worth and are soon to begin in Houston, Austin and San Antonio areas.

For the corporately owned Motel 6 and Studio 6 properties, E-GuideTV will also act as a green solution providing TV programming on guest room TVs and eliminating paper waste and printing cost associated with printed in-room channel line-up cards.
In addition, the E-GuideTV service will be customized for each hotel with their branded logo and specific television listings data. Guests will consequently only see programs available at that hotel, and will no longer have to hassle with tuning to a channel that is unavailable.
