3D Food Printer Targets Catering, Event Gastronomy Market
The third generation of the 3D Food Printing Systems Procusini now offers the application “small batch series production” and new foods which can be 3D modelled. It opens up opportunities for professionals from gastronomy and catering to individually and creatively shape foods.
With text messages, logos and 3D objects, the professional can enrich whole menus on events in a completely new way.
The market launch of the third Procusini generation is accompanied by pasta available in four colors which can be 3D-modelled and Choco. With the 3D pasta professionals can create text messages or names, small objects customized for the occasion or even logos.
By adding different oils and fonds, the chef can add a personal touch to the 3D pasta. Users can experiment with their own foods or use products from the Procusini food portfolio.
This latest version has a production area twice as large as the one of the predecessor mode. On this 25 x 15 cm work surface, more than 80 filigree Choco-objects can be produced in series in one working step. Moreover, correspondingly large logos can be modelled and put on display. In addition to the 100% larger production area, the Procusini offers an improved operating concept as well as an auto-update feature, allowing the user to benefit from future developments.
