Tiff’s Treats, the Austin, Texas-based company known for warm cookie delivery, has opened in Charlotte, N.C.
Charlotte residents got a sneak peek of the warm cookies over the past several months. Tiff’s Treats has served the area with a pop-up delivery service preceding the opening of its retail location. With the new store open, the full Tiff’s Treats menu features 10 classic cookie flavors and periodic flavor-of-the-week cookies, plus warm brownies and cold milk and ice cream. Customers can order online or through the Tiff’s Treats app for hot-out-of-the-oven delivery in about an hour. Tiff’s Treats is open from 9 a.m. – 10 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. on weekends.

Tiff’s Treats stores are cashless. Only debit and credit cards will be accepted at the grand opening event.

Tiff’s Treats makes classic, baked-to-order cookies and brownies and delivers them straight from the oven to the home or office, WARM, in about an hour or so. Orders can be placed on demand or scheduled for a later date or time. Customers can order seamlessly via phone, online or the Tiff’s Treats app, all of which are supported technology and customer service.
