Vintry & Mercer Hotel in London Deploys Cloud-Based Interactive TV Solution

MCOMS, a guest-facing solution provider for the hospitality industry and AT&C Professional Systems, a company in Audio Visual System Design and Integrations have joined forces to provide Vintry & Mercer with a unique guest-facing solution. 

MCOMS and AT&C successfully installed HOTstream TV platform in all 92 rooms, running exclusively on the cloud, eliminating the need to acquire and maintain costly hardware on-premise.

The new-build luxury hotel is running completely on renewable electricity to ensure a minimal effect on the environment. All of the rooms and suites feature elements that celebrate the heritage of the area in a charming mix of old and new. 

Via HOTstream TV, Vintry & Mercer is now offering to the guests a huge library of on demand movies with more than 100 titles, a variety of TV channels as well as the full capabilities of HOTstream Interactive platform. In addition an integration was implemented with Sky Select, so as to deliver guests a tailored HD channel line-up. 

The hotel also deployed HOTstream Cast powered by Apple TVs in every room for a homely content streaming experience for the guests.  The solution comes with a simple two-step setup paired with an effective and hassle free management and monitoring tool for the staff.
